ASHVA RETREAT
Booking and Payments
- A minimum 20% advance is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining amount must be settled before or upon arrival.
All bookings are non-refundable. No changes or cancellations are permitted once the booking is confirmed.
Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times will be mentioned at the time of booking.
Guests must share valid government-approved ID proof during check-in for all occupants.
Electricity Charges
Electricity will be charged INR 15 per unit based on actual consumption.
Unit readings will be recorded during check-in and check-out.
Alcohol & Substance Policy
- Alcohol consumption must comply with the Telangana Excise Act.
- An excise permit is mandatory for any liquor brought onto the premises.
- Duty-free, foreign, military, cantonment, or out-of-state liquor is strictly prohibited.
- Guests must retain valid alcohol purchase bills and present them if required.
Drugs, hookahs, gambling, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. If found guilty, the security deposit will be forfeited, and the guest will be asked to vacate immediately.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms.
Violation will attract a fine of INR 10,000.
Cleanliness & Fines
Puking anywhere in the premises: INR 1,000 fine
Puking in the pool: INR 15,000 fine
Any damage due to vomiting or unclean usage of the property will be charged based on the actual cost of repair or cleaning.
Generator & Fuel Charges
Power backup is available via a diesel generator.
Generator usage is chargeable as per fuel consumed.
Guests, Events & Third-Party Services
External decorators, caterers, and event planners are allowed with prior approval.
A 10% royalty fee will be applicable.
Hosts are not permitted to serve or assist with catering or event services.
Any event organized must end at the agreed time and adhere to local noise regulations.
Extra Guests
The booking tariff includes a pre-agreed number of guests.
Each additional guest will be charged INR 2,000 per person.
Security Deposit
The booking tariff includes a pre-agreed number of guests.

Loss or Damage
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Ashva Retreat is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
Any damage to property, furnishings, appliances, or other retreat assets must be compensated in full.
Legal action will be initiated in case of non-payment for damages.
