Cancellation Policies
At Ashva Retreat, we value your time and strive to offer a seamless booking experience. However, due to the exclusive nature of our property and advance preparation for every guest, we maintain a strict cancellation policy.
Booking Confirmation
A minimum 20% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
This advance is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Cancellations
All bookings are final. Once confirmed, cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances.
There will be no refunds, including for:
- No-shows
- Last-minute cancellations
- Personal emergencies
- Unfavourable weather conditions
- Change in travel plans
Date Changes or Rescheduling
Postponement or change of dates is not permitted once the booking is confirmed.
We advise confirming your travel plans before making a reservation.
In Case of Unforeseen Situations
In rare cases where the retreat cannot operate due to unavoidable reasons (natural calamities, government restrictions, etc.), we will offer a credit note for future use, subject to management’s discretion.
